Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C)

A light touch therapy used to encourage lymphatic circulation, reduce swelling/pain, and promote healing. Useful for Post Operative recovery, fibromyalgia, chronic migraines, Sinus/Allergy relief, lipedema, inflammation due to arthritis and detoxification.

Deep Tissue Therapy

This modality is effective using slow deep strokes to target the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. It aims to release chronic patters of tension in the body, breaks up scar tissue that forms following an injury, increases range of motion in the joints, and reduces pain/post workout soreness.

Massage + Cupping Therapy 

Cupping is an alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. The suction separates restricted layers of tissue relieving tension, and improving circulation to accelerate cellular repair.
