 I opened Pittsburgh Advanced Recovery in 2021 to introduce modern knowledge to massage therapy. Massage promotes a positive reaction in the body on a cellular and chemical level,  accelerating recovery times, reducing pain, and decreasing stress. Practicing massage therapy for 15 years, I take huge pride in my education, and continue to persue advanced classes to provide my clients with the best possible service.
